Stop Spinning

I have always loved writing poetry. I am trying to be brave, and share more of my heart, with others. Enjoy!

Mind is racing, clock is ticking

Do this, do that, don’t stop.

Driving fast, time flies by

Your day, your night, blinks by.

We’re told to breathe, to slow down

False hope, no truth, keep pushing.

Do we stop, do we brake

Hit pause, just be, feel free.

Be different, be you

Connect mind, body & soul.

Shine bright, be brave

Let go, fly high, and soar.
